Merger of DEIMO S.p.A. with STÄUBLI ITALIA S.p.A.

Changes effective August 1, 2011

DEIMO and Stäubli have joined forces in order to maximize mutual synergies. As a result, the legal entity DEIMO S.p.A. will be completely incorporated into STÄUBLI ITALIA S.p.A., member of the international Stäubli Group, effective August 1, 2011.

All back-office and administrative tasks will be merged and
handled by a joint team.  Any official administrative documents
(correspondence, L/C openings, payments, invoices, quotes,
TVA identification, etc.) must be issued in the name of:

The new bank details will be communicated at a future date.

The brand name of DEIMO will continue to be used on all communication related to the DEIMO product range. The premises of Brescia will remain as a Research & Development Center and manufacturing unit. There are no changes to contacts and phone numbers.

The Stäubli Group confirms its continued commitment by further expanding the innovation capacities of the DEIMO product range including electronic controllers for socks and seamless, rectilinear Knitting machinery, as well as the electronic control of weaving machines and DEIMOTION product line for further industrial applications.

The worldwide experience of the Stäubli Group in the field of textile machinery adds additional know-how to the products and services offered by DEIMO, thus benefiting our customers and partners in developing state-of-the-art electronic solutions.
